I decided to bring our 2011 Dodge Durango in for an oil change. From the moment I drove the vehicle into the service area, I was impressed with the level of ""friendly"" investigation as to what our vehcle may need corrected at this visit. The write-up man offered a great alternative to the standard oil change service. he was not pushy but provided me with a very atractive alrnative to the standard oil change. Your courtesy van service is great. Your driver was pleasant and made my trip back to the dealership fly by. My thanks to everyone that takes the time to be a friendly face for your dealership!\r
