I decided to bring our 2011 Dodge Durango in for an oil change. From the moment I drove the vehicle into the service area, I was impressed with the level of ""friendly"" investigation as to what our vehcle may need corrected at this visit. The write-up man offered a great alternative to the standard oil change service. he was not pushy but provided me with a very atractive alrnative to the standard oil change. Your courtesy van service is great. Your driver was pleasant and made my trip back to the dealership fly by. Lightning fast response time with highly knowledgeable sales person. I do transactions fast and it's always a nice surprice when sales can keep up with me. In this case Sherry was one step ahead of me and knew which vehicle would suit our needs. We talked in the morning and the vehicle was delivered before close of business without ever seeing it. We hadn't leased a new car in several years and was referred to Chris Byrnes by a close friend. We were very pleased with how quickly, honestly and professionally the deal went through. Rob Piccirilli then delivered our car within hours and was very friendly to talk with. He explained every aspect of the sale and was excited to show us the vehicle features --- even in 15 degree weather. Everyone behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. Tim was very helpful and kept in touch with daily phone calls until the issue was resolved. \r The problem I have is with the technicians. I have had a few issues with my oil changes. They forgot to top the fluids once before. This time they did not check the tail lights in which one was burned out. This puts to question if the techs are really doing the 18 point inspection. It says on the receipt that they checked the rear lamps, but they obviously did not. I am sitting the lobby (which is very nice by the way) and I can not see what is going on when they give me oil changes unlike in other businesses. more
