Fabulous company! My wife and I went on our honeymoon recently and came back to a disaster, our house was covered in water. Apparently when you leave for out of town you should always turn off all the water to the house, we didn't do that. I've heard horror stories from our friends having companies do water clean up and they tear your house apart and no one speaks any English, also being newly married I didn't want anyone in my house around my wife who didn't appear to be safe or professional. I chose Premier mainly because of their name and figured when they arrived I would be able to determine if they appeared to be professional enough for me to allow them to do the work. Very very knowledgeable company, the technician walked me through the entire process, even explaining to me how the insurance side of things works. I'm young but the main technician kept calling me sir and my wife maam, very polite and respectful. Office ladies are super nice, very pleasant to talk to!! The main technician updated me every day the progress and the office lady kept me updated with the insurance side of things. Probably one of the friendliest companies I've ever done business with, very glad I chose them.
