Premier Emergency Water Removal

Fabulous company! My wife and I went on our honeymoon recently and came back to a disaster, our house was covered in water. Apparently when you leave for out of town you should always turn off all the water to the house, we didn't do that. I've heard horror stories from our friends having companies do water clean up and they tear your house apart and no one speaks any English, also being newly married I didn't want anyone in my house around my wife who didn't appear to be safe or professional. I chose Premier mainly because of their name and figured when they arrived I would be able to determine if they appeared to be professional enough for me to allow them to do the work. Very very knowledgeable company, the technician walked me through the entire process, even explaining to me how the insurance side of things works. I'm young but the main technician kept calling me sir and my wife maam, very polite and respectful. Office ladies are super nice, very pleasant to talk to!! The main technician updated me every day the progress and the office lady kept me updated with the insurance side of things. Probably one of the friendliest companies I've ever done business with, very glad I chose them. more

Well spoken and knowledgeable guys. They were preferred vendor of my insurance company when my hot water tank broke and flooded my house. Overall I had a pretty good experience with them. They were on time, Did quality work and everything is back to normal like it never happened. The supervisor Ryan was really knowledgeable, you could tell he has been doing this for a long time. more

About a month ago my son was using the toilet and clogged it. When he flushed it it ran. He didn't know what to do and I wasn't home so he just closed the door and let it run! Needless to say when I got home water was everywhere! And it started smelling really bad. I called my insurance USAA and they called premier cuz I guess they are like a prefferred vendor with them. I've had nothing but good experiences with my insurance so I trusted this company. And there is a good reason USAA uses them because they were awesome! They had to do some pretty extensive demo to rid my house of the nasty water that soaked into my carpets and walls and stuff. But they had it all done in just a couple hours. They made the whole house smell great and even used a green product to kill the bacteria. There technicians were super friendly and I felt safe with them in my house if you know what I mean! Plus the office people were very nice, almost to nice haha. My house was back to normal in no time and they handled everything with my insurance. Super good experience with these guys. Def recommend them if you have any kind of flooding. What a relief and thank God for good insurance! USAA rocks! more

my supply line to my kitchen sink corroded a month ago and sprung a leak while I was on vacation. I called my plumber out to fix it but by that time there was freakin water everywhere. My plumber reffered me to these guys. Said that they were the best at this stuff. So I took his word for it and called and it was the best descision ever! haha He was right. They sent out someone to me within an hour of me calling. The guy was super friendly and professional and knew everything about water damage. I was like, did this guy have like a PHD in water damage? Anyway they set up these wierd mats for my hardwood floors which were buckling due to water. The mats were a bit loud but worth it because it totally saved my hardwood flooring. It only took them like 3 days do dry everything and my house was really wet. I filed a claim with my insurance and they handled it so well. I didnt have to hardly talk to my adjuster at all. Premier literally made this so easy on me. I highly reccomend if you have any sort of water damage call these guys. They come out for free to test the house to see whats wet and whats not. Plus in a stressful situation like this it was really great to have such knowledgeable and professionl people to help keep me calm. Now my kitchen and living room are totally back to normal. Got some sweet new carpet and my floors refinsihed and they look great! So with these guys my flood actually turned into a blessing in the long run haha. My only complaint was that it was a bit noisy but thats not really their fault, Just necessary to get the job done. more

I am a property manager in South king county. I work with a lot of different contractors and water damage companies. I recently found this company and decided to try them about 3 months ago. I have had them do probably 5 Jobs for me since then and its been really great to work with them. I have a relationship with the owners now and I doubt I would even consider using anyone else for my water damage or remodels. If you need someone don't hesitate to call them 253-939-3682. This company has come under new ownership within the last 3 years and they are doing great work! All the technicians are very friendly and helpful. I had them work on my house recently and I was absolutely satisfied with them! Def give them a call if you need any remodel work or water damage repair! more
