I am currently working in Avondale Family Home Care. For more than 6 years working with them, I would like to share the following comments about them:\r 1. I didnt feel that our employer are abusing us. \r 2. We received a lot of incentives from our employer.\r 3. For my own opinion, we are so blessed to be with them, they treated us like their own family member.\r 4. They are fair to all their employees.\r 5. They trained their workers and they sent them to various seminars to enhance their skills and knowledge in elderly care.\r 6. We have scheduled days off and if you want more... you can have it, just request a head of time so it wont conflict with other schedules.\r \r Another thing, if there are scheduled activities in the facility like birthday celebration of the residents, Christmas party, luau and etc... we make sure that privacy and all routine activities of the resident wont be affected by the activities....\r \r
