I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FIRST CHOICE!!!! \r I would give First Choice a Negative 5 stars if it were possible. Doc listened to my lungs and wrote a prescription and a claim to Humana was $995 for the facility, $313 for the doctor. At the time I paid my copay of $125 and $82 in prescription, the final bill came two months later for $744 with a 15% discount if paid in full. They are coded as a Trauma Center hence the huge charges. The service was fine, but not for the price. Walgreens or CVS would have done just right. I was ignorant to the costs that I would incur. I would bypass them altogether and go to Care Now, CVS or Walgreens in the future. They will receive my payment at $5.00 a month for 7 years until the balance is paid in full. This is highway robbery and an indication at how out of hand healthcare has gone.
