I ordered an arrangement for my nieces 30th birthday after seeing the Jane's favorite floral picture on their web site. I live out of town and trusted them to replicate the arrangement. I even paid $15 more than the cost to have them beef it up even further.\r

My niece was thrilled with the arrangement but hadn't seen the web picture and didn't know of the missing flowers. The web picture shows roses and 5 lilies just on one side. The arrangement I sent had no roses and 3 lilies. Very disappointing. I sent Jan Dell's an email 3 days ago and they have yet to respond.
