The corrugated tube came undone on the washing machine in my rental causing 15 to 20 gallons of water to drain out from the bottom of the machine from my third floor to my second floor. This company was hired through an appliance insurance plan, and were unbearable to deal with from the start. I had spoken with Katie, the secretary, multiple times and explained what happened and she finally had a tech come out. The tech, Bob, didn't even look at the washing machine. I explained what happened to it, explained I had video footage, and pictures showing the bottom of the washing machine. He wasn't interested in seeing anything, then without even doing any work on the machine he wrote up a form saying it needed a new transmission and had an oil leak. Bob explained the parts that needed to be ordered would take five to ten days and then someone would call to schedule an appointment. I questioned him, and explained the transmission wouldn't have caused the hose to break, but he repeated himse
