Horrible customer service. My home warranty company sent Metro to my home to repair the leak coming from my fridge. The tech (Ron) was rude and smelled like alcohol. He promptly reminded me of the $50 service charge and proceeded to look at the fridge. He fixed what we thought was the problem and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. In this time span, he managed to remind me of the service charge twice. About an hour later, water was pooling under my fridge. Called Metro and left a message. Ron called me the next morning and after letting him know that there was still a leak, he told me that he fixed the problem and that I was standing right there. I was there watching when he 'fixed' my fridge and I let him know that the problem is obviously not fixed because there is a wet towel under my fridge. He immidiately became irate and angrily insisted that he fixed the problem and that when he left, there was no leak. I told him again that if the problem had been fixed, there wou
