Businiess name:  Metro Appliance Svc

Review content:
These guys are the least professional and least competent appliance repair people I've ever encountered. They were sent out by a warranty company, took my appliance away for several weeks, and when they reinstalled it, it still didn't work correctly. I called the warranty company who sent out someone else who said a part was missing. I called the warranty company again who convinced me Metro appliance should have a chance to rectify the complaint. Metro denied the part was missing, arranged to take the machine away again (I had to call them several times to remind they were suppose to come get the machine), finally took it away for TWO months, and brought it back only after I placed several unreturned phone calls to them and one call to the warranty company. Someone from Metro called me finally, told me off saying he tried to call me several times over the past month (hello, I have caller ID and voice mail--no one ever called), and angrily told me that he just wanted to get the machine
