I took my sewing machine in for a tune-up and was told it would be finished in a week. I stopped by in a week and it wasn't ready. I had to call several times before it was finally ready. When I had dropped it off, I had left it in its original box with all the parts. When I picked it up, they brought me the machine but no box. I asked for the box and they had to round it up but couldn't find the stryofoam packing. Instead they said that I should never store it in the box anyway. When I got it home and looked it over, I noticed that the free arm attachment was missing. Something I knew for sure was with the machine when I left it. They claimed I never left it but would look for it anyway. After a couple of months of continually calling and being put off I ordered a replacement part which I paid for. They wouldn't pay for it because they felt like it would turn up eventually. Well, I can't wait forever! I wrote a complaint letter, attached the invoice and hoped maybe someday they'd reim
