Review content:
I would not say that Bayonet Point Health and Rehab would be my first choice. Especially after their State Survey this past year (2009). The L tag that they received leads me to believe that there must be better Skilled Nursing Facilities's in the area. They have lost their Medicare funding and wont be a provider of Medicare through March of 2010.\r
