First of all this man is NOT a trained educated Pain Specialist!, He's a locally schooled General Practitioner (UH) who has then joined (sent $ to) a number of pain associations that sell memberships and email lists. True pain specialists will have academic background in Anesthesiology from fully accredited Mainland or International Medical Schools (with more competitive acceptance ratios than UH J.Burns Medical) with at the least a residency specializing in Pain Practice, Pain Medicine, end stage oncology, geriatric care or similar chronic pain training. Importantly, This Doctor is a bully, is rude, a misogynist and racist. He may be "perfectly" polite for your first appointment ONLY. Be sure to tape record or video all interactions with this practitioner. In 2014 this professional behavior should not be tolerated, the doctors should be sanctioned with grievances filed at the appropriate state boards of licensing.
