Review content:
I went to Biba after reading the good reviews expecting a nice dinner with a girl I am seeing, and received quite the opposite. To be fair, the initial service from the waiter wasn't bad but when I received my gnocchi I ordered, I got a long blonde hair in my mouth. I have never had this experience before from any restaurant and this is honestly the last place I expected it from. The waiter came over and told us he would comp the dish and left. I didn't want to cause a scene and ask for the manager and get our whole dinner comped but I feel at an upper scale dining location this should be standard (for rare situations like these). I would imagine even some place like Olive Garden would of treated us better and that is saying something as this place is considerably nicer.
