I lived here for 10 months before I moved. I did have to move out early because of this. When I moved out they charged me $750 for new carpet in my apartment. Funny enough, I had the carpet professionally cleaned at it was spotless. They ended up dropping the charge to $150 after I showed them what the Texas law said about replacing carpets in rentals. Also, the parking is HORRID. If you are not home at 5pm everyday, expect to park at the opposite side of the complex.\r

On the good side, the apartments are very nice and safe.
