Granted, 'Hidden Creek' had us fooled by a veneer facade of 'luxury'. As the year progresses, much \r

of it was done only for those two-three summer months the most people are looking. Now all the \r

door knobs are busted, door springs are not working, grounds are dirty... Despite it's winter, the \r
\r
hallway termostat is set on 'cool' and the staff doesn't do diddly squat about it. But the real \r
\r
problems are:\r
- NOISE! Building construction is very, very poor. It's not tenant's fault, it's company's fault. \r
\r
It is well-known that most residential buildings in U.S. are built from manure and are held \r
\r
together with puzzled whistles of contractors... but this is some of the worst I have seen in a \r
\r
long time.\r
- Staff (with the exception of the senior manager) is completely hapless.\r
- No repairs or maintenance on apartments is done at all (except cosmetic) so they are made
