I walked into this vet office with 2 of my neighbors and their little dog that my dog had attacked--- there were several other dogs and people in the reception area. We were all treated so well ---the receptionist was efficient but managed to convey concern for the situation. Dr. Mendez came to explain the injuries, and was confident in her ability to treat the injured dog, which she did. Later she explained what had to happen with my dog, and was very kind and straightforward with me throughout that ordeal. Much of this took place in midafternoon after their closing time, but not one of the staff even mentioned it. Many thanks Dr. Mendez and each of the assistants.\r
