Doctor Green and his staff have always treated us and our pets with nothing but respect and compassion. We have always felt that we were getting the best care possible and that it was worth the drive. The vet here is the best! We drive 15 miles just to see Dr. R. Green. He is excellent. You have to try him if you have any pet check ups.\r more

Upon opening, this letter stated that Dr. Green/ MontClare animal hospital made a donation in our dogs name to the university of Illinois/college of veterinary medicine. My family and I have been taking our animals to Dr. Green and his staff for well over 13 years. The attention and care giving to our animals has been exceptional. Not only has Dr. Green been taking care of our animals, he has also been there for me when my cat of 20 years passed away. Recently Dr. Green matched me up with the adoption of a beautiful new kitty, named Khloe. Khloe has brought much happiness and fun to both myself and her canine brother Brutis. We have regular visits every six weeks for monitoring the health of Brutis - which Brutis loves to visit his extended family at Mont Clare.\r more

We would like to take this moment to thank Dr.Green and all of his staff members for taking such great measures for taking care of our dog “zero”, who recently passed away at the age of 14 yrs. Had it not been for MontClare and Dr.Green , we would have lost him a year ago not knowing his heart condition. The medicine given to our Doberman prolonged his life and allowed us to spend that much more time with him. In addition, dr. green personally called us by phone repeatedly to check up on ""our” wellbeing. God bless dr. green and his staff for making this very difficult time much easier to handle.\r more

My experience was great. My dog, Suzy, had a growth on her back that was causing her pain. The Vet did a great job soothing my very scared dog. When I went there, I was not pushed into buying any food or shots. I simply went there, told them about the problem my dog was having, they told me what would need to be done, I agreed, and they performed the surgery. This place is definitely better than other places...The place is/was clean when I was there, and the assistants were all professional and helpful. It's weird how I had a completely different experience from many of the folks here.\r more

I walked into this vet office with 2 of my neighbors and their little dog that my dog had attacked--- there were several other dogs and people in the reception area. We were all treated so well ---the receptionist was efficient but managed to convey concern for the situation. Dr. Mendez came to explain the injuries, and was confident in her ability to treat the injured dog, which she did. Later she explained what had to happen with my dog, and was very kind and straightforward with me throughout that ordeal. Much of this took place in midafternoon after their closing time, but not one of the staff even mentioned it. Many thanks Dr. Mendez and each of the assistants.\r more

""Dr. Green is the best vet. He is very kind, caring, and always willing to help. His staff is just wonderful too. Our Ruckus had diabetes and declined rapidly. Dr. Green was always available for any questions and when it came time to put Rucky down he was so caring and gentle. He allowed us to stay with Ruckus for as long as we needed and always made us feel like he loved our boy as much as we did. \r \r His staff is wonderful. After Rucky passed I picked up his ashes and Orlando (who was our yorkie's favorite tech) was there and told me how much he loved Ruckus and how sad he was to hear of the passing. They go out of their way to make sure the dogs are loved and well cared for. I cannot say enough about this place. I'd give ten stars if I could!\r \r ""\r more
