Review content:
When my sister, best friend, and I lived there in college we had a good experience overall. The rent was reasonable, though the pet fee was pretty steep. The apartment was a little outdated, but worked for a college apartment. However, one of the bedrooms did not have a vent for air conditioning, so we had to complain until we got a window unit put in for my sister. Our building also had problems at times with the bathtubs leaking into apartments below them, and our smoke detector would go off any time that we cooked. We had a few issues with management, but generally had a good relationship with them overall. However, we were put in a building that had a lot of college students that liked to party, and they would regularly harrass us, so that was frustrating. I did like that they provided bags to pick up pets' messes, though people rarely used them, and that they provided bins for us to recycle.
