THIS COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE - IF YOU MOVE HERE AFTER READING THIS, AND REGRET IT LATER --- IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT!!!: CONSIDER THIS ~~~ I currently live here, TODAY THEY FINALLY PULLED THE LAST STRAW ON ME!!! This will be my first and last lease here. I had furnace problems for 5 months - NEVER FIXED!!! I had a leak above my bed (ruined my mattresses) - MANAGEMENT JUST LAUGHED ABOUT IT AND DIDN'T CARE!!! IT TOOK 10 DAYS TO FIX THE LEAK!!! I ASKED IF THEY COULD FIX THE HOLE ABOVE MY BED (caused by the leak) ---THEY NEVER FIXED IT (they put a bucket of paint next to my front door, LITERALLY I HAD TO DO IT MY SELF!!!) --- I HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF!!! TODAY THEY HAD CONTRACTORS INSTALL NEW FIRE DIRECTORS --- COMPLETELY TRASHED MY ENTIRE HOUSE ~~~ I TOLD THE MANAGEMENT ---- and they basically told me in "nice words" that THEY COULD CARE LESS, WOW WHAT A JOKE, (contractors left chewing guy in 3 spots of the carpet) I CANT EVEN IMAGINE, HOW COUNTRY VILLAS ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!
