THIS COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE - IF YOU MOVE HERE AFTER READING THIS, AND REGRET IT LATER --- IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT!!!: CONSIDER THIS ~~~ I currently live here, TODAY THEY FINALLY PULLED THE LAST STRAW ON ME!!! This will be my first and last lease here. I had furnace problems for 5 months - NEVER FIXED!!! I had a leak above my bed (ruined my mattresses) - MANAGEMENT JUST LAUGHED ABOUT IT AND DIDN'T CARE!!! IT TOOK 10 DAYS TO FIX THE LEAK!!! I ASKED IF THEY COULD FIX THE HOLE ABOVE MY BED (caused by the leak) ---THEY NEVER FIXED IT (they put a bucket of paint next to my front door, LITERALLY I HAD TO DO IT MY SELF!!!) --- I HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF!!! TODAY THEY HAD CONTRACTORS INSTALL NEW FIRE DIRECTORS --- COMPLETELY TRASHED MY ENTIRE HOUSE ~~~ I TOLD THE MANAGEMENT ---- and they basically told me in "nice words" that THEY COULD CARE LESS, WOW WHAT A JOKE, (contractors left chewing guy in 3 spots of the carpet) I CANT EVEN IMAGINE, HOW COUNTRY VILLAS ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!! Country Villas has been freshly renovated, and each Apt or TH has its own balcony or small yard. I thought it was a great deal for Lisle, which also has top rated school districts. Deinfinately a plus!! more

Although my husband and I initially considered living here, we're glad we ended up elsewhere. The leasing agent was friendly, but everything from the leasing office to the overall atmosphere seemed a little unprofessional. The apartment we were shown was large, but it was being "renovated" and didn't look so hot. Walls were thin, and we could hear the ongoings in the apartment next door. Parking is definitely an issue here, so if you don't have a pass, expect to be towed or vandalized. Perhaps they've updated since we toured, but we don't plan on going back anytime soon. more
