Before finding Camden, I had already put a deposit down on a much more expensive one bedroom apartment in Cary. It didn't have a washer/dryer and the apartments had not been upgraded in some time. I heard about Camden about 2 weeks before moving and had a tour of their upgraded apartments. I was amazed at how nice and new they were. The quality was top notch :) After meeting with a leasing agent, I signed my lease for Camden and called the higher price apartment in Cary to let them know I had changed my mind. I might have lost a $100 deposit but it was completely worth it--- the Camden staff made the process of moving easier than ever. Since moving in I love my apartment and have not had one problem. The community is great, the people in my building have been nothing but helpful. A neighbor even helped 'haul' a few pieces of heavy furniture up stairs when I was moving in.
