I liked these apartments at first. But I was easily fooled. When I first moved to these apartments my rent was about $995 for a 13 month lease. Well now its about $55 dollars more to sign on another 13 month lease. Which is pretty outragous considering the fact the my rent should be going down! The pet deposit is ridiculous for a apartment complex, which is unheard of for 600 dollars just for the deposit and then on top of that 20 dollars a month so the pet can actually be there. I've had so many problems with the toliet clogging up and flooding my apartment. I also have creaky floorboards. Not to mention that if you are late on your rent even by one day they will charge you 85 dollars plus 5 dollars everyday that you are late. Management acts really nice at first but they will find everyway to take your money. The worst place I have lived in EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOURSELVES!!!!
