Moved here from Cali a few years back. Lived at Crystal creek and paid to break my lease it was horrible there. I found Camden Fairways down the street and I must say I am as in pressed as I was the day I came to visit. Staff is productive and so it maintenace. Ground are kept up! more

I have been charged triple for water sewage and trash and other bogus charges. Camden fairways want us to pay for a carpet worth for two years, and we only lived there for less than 8 months. When we first moved in we had to pay cleaning and management asked us to pay cashier's check, go figure out why!!! So the cleaning fee won't have to show on the bill!! on top of that they wnt us to pay cleaning fee again at the end. To top it all of, we cleaned the place spotless and theyre saying we lrft stains in there! Go figure!!! Of course, they could not resist to charge more on top of all the charges they could ever think of. Someone have stolen our car parking space several times and did not even hear so much as a simple sorry. My daughter got injured with all the nails stinking out again did not hear a sorry!!! Now that we are moving out, they thought of a special way to charge us everything!!! How wonderful!!! So if you'd like to live in a hell hole go for it live here at Camden!!! more

I love love love this place. Its not just a place to me its my home. I have been her for a few years now. I love the remodel. They units are a must see. Dont go by what those ppl said. They probably owed Camden money for a reason and they are just upset because they had a bad experience do to them not wanting to owe money. The staff is amazing!!! Always warm and inviting when you walk in. They always have a smile on their face! The ground are kept up so well and sure theres a few things here and there but there only human. As far as the pools being closed sure they are going to be closed every now and again. Duh they have to do work on them and make sure they are clean for us to use and crap brakes from time to time come on!!!!! It's not like they want stuff to break. Over all this place is what I call home everyday and I will keep referring ppl here. Seriously dont listen to what others have to say if its bad. Read into their text and understand why they may have had a bad experience. more

I liked these apartments at first. But I was easily fooled. When I first moved to these apartments my rent was about $995 for a 13 month lease. Well now its about $55 dollars more to sign on another 13 month lease. Which is pretty outragous considering the fact the my rent should be going down! The pet deposit is ridiculous for a apartment complex, which is unheard of for 600 dollars just for the deposit and then on top of that 20 dollars a month so the pet can actually be there. I've had so many problems with the toliet clogging up and flooding my apartment. I also have creaky floorboards. Not to mention that if you are late on your rent even by one day they will charge you 85 dollars plus 5 dollars everyday that you are late. Management acts really nice at first but they will find everyway to take your money. The worst place I have lived in EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOURSELVES!!!! more

Um actually they are not over priced. I have lived her for 5 years and i love them. The service is awesome and they are on top of their game. Im sorry you feel that way but you are sadly mistakin. The remodel has great amenitys!!!!!!! Great place to live. more

Overpriced, poorly renovated apartments. I lived here for 2 years unfortunately. They put in pergo floors and new cabinetry but the apartments are dinky and claustrophobic imo. When I left they dinged me for all sorts of cleaning fees but me and my bro cleaned the placed thoroughly. The only thing it has going is maybe its location in GV, that's it. Camden sucks and I'll never rent from them again. more

Not a good place to live. It looks inviting on the outside, but the apartments are so cheaply renovated my two year old nephew could have done a better job with the reconstruction. Units are WAY overpriced, and the management always had some excuse as to why the pool area was closed, which is false advertising because they claim it is supposed to be up and running 24/7. Couldn't wait to leave this money-stealing, paycheck sucking, cheaply renovated piece of crap. more

We have been residents here for a little over a year and I have to say I am very unsatisfied with Camden Fairways. I have gone to the office for many complaints but few have ever actually been attended to. When I signed my lease I was under the impression that this was a gated community, which WAS on their website. The gate code was the same for over a year and the walk-in gate doesn't even close or lock. My apartment has had electrical problems, multiple appliance problems, cable problems, door seal problems, toilet and plumbing problems, many of which I had to complain multiple times about before they were attended to. I do not recommend signing a lease with Camden Fairways. They make many promises but are very poor at delivering. more

Stayed here for a while. I actually like this place. It's convenient to go anywhere. This apartment is nice and gated. You can see many greens here. They have pool and jacuzzi. The parking is covered. more
