I signed up solely because the 1 star review annoyed me and I wanted to give my take on Schwartz Laser Eye Center. I went there a year ago, never had issues with waiting, consulted with some severely intelligent staff as well as Dr. Schwartz, reviewed my options, picked IOLs (implanted lenses), got the surgery a month later, and now have ridiculously clear vision (20/15). Dr. Schwartz is the opposite of high pressure. I've never had a doctor shoot that straight with me about options and he never made me feel like his limited time was limited. As well, I felt 100% confident that he was a pro at what he did and I got a top notch surgery. My eyes are two of my five favorite organs and I wasn't messing around when I researched surgeons.\r

So, I think I encountered some non-chalant office staff on my first trip as well, but entitled complaining about an extra hour? Who gives an eff? I got crazy eye mods that give me 20/15 vision.
