Their clients should stop getting services from this company. I don't even owe them anything. The lady called me 2 times and she is RUDE!!! I told her the week before my account was already paid. Now for the second time, she called me and sounds like I'm lying to get away with a debt even after telling her I have confirmation email and giving her the date of payment and a valid confirmation number. I told her to stop calling me but she insisted that I call the clinic - well isn't this Prince Parker and their client's problem now? If I received the confirmation email and had the payment charged to my credit card, don't I have the right to have peace and not be bothered by USELESS and RUDE calls? They better be careful and make sure to check the accounts carefully before making any calls. I saw in BBB that they had a lot of complaints just this year! If you don't choose your employees carefully and carefully check the account balance, needless to say......
