I signed up just to review this horrid place. This place has the most incompetent staff. The front desk staff is lazy and uneducated. The other people working seemed like I was interrupting them when they had to retrieve my pet for me. My friend boarded her pets there 2 years ago and the staff was friendly and helpful, not sure what happen from now to then. I had asked to speak to a manager about the condition of my pet and his soiled belongings and of course the manager wasn't there. I called 2 days later and still no manager. Left message for manager to return my call still waiting........ My pet was returned to me smelling of urine which tells me he was not let out and was laying in urine and so was his blanket. This place needs a lot of help and soon
