Review content:
We came in because we saw one of the vehicles we were interested in buying advertised at your dealership for a great price. Danny Cantillo was the person we primarily dealt with. He was pleasant, easy-going, and a pleasure to have working with us. I appreciated that I felt no pressure from him, and he wasn't pushing me into a particular vehicle. His finance guy, Fabio, was a little more difficult to deal with. He was very excitable, interrupted a lot, and had a less-than-favorable reaction when we didn't want to meet him at his terms. He came off more like the ""used car salesman"" type that people don't want to face when trying to buy a vehicle. In the end, we worked out a pretty good deal though. My one disappointment in Danny Cantillo was once the transaction was complete and we received the keys. I noticed there was a chip & crack in the windshield, and Danny said it wasn't their responsibility to fix it because ""it wasn't in the line of sight"". Truthfully, I got the impression he was just tired and didn't want to deal with it since we had been there a couple of hours. When I got home, I looked up the conditions of the 160 point inspection for Certified Vehicles, and it included fixing any chips, cracks, or stars in the windshield. I then had to take the vehicle to a 3rd party to have it fixed since I was leaving town the next morning, and I am now left to resolve that cost with the Dealership. I think this was a poor move on Danny's part to take an otherwise very pleasant transaction that I would be happy to share and recommend, and complicate it, resulting in a lowered customer satisfaction.
