Uniquely Yours deserves even more that this 5 star rating! Gregory Brassil and Uniquely Yours Custom Jewelry provide unparalleled levels of customer service and creativity. My experience with Uniquely Yours reminds me of the old days when true craftsmen existed and people took pride in their creations. Gregory is extremely knowledgeable at his craft and does not hesitate to undertake the most challenging custom jewelry. I searched my area for someone to create custom Cadillac emblems. I could not find a jeweler that was capable of accomplishing what I wanted. It was impossible for me to even get a quote. I came across Uniquely Yours after an extensive internet search. I read the reviews and felt Uniquely Yours was worth contacting. After talking to Gregory I was very impressed. He was the first jeweler that had a strategy to accomplish my goals. I felt that in his mind he was picturing the same finished product I was envisioning. After giving me a few options for how to proceed, we decided it would be best if I mailed him a sample that was similar to what I wanted. After he looked it over an unexpected complication arose. However, he was undaunted as he quickly did some research and came up with another creative option of how to proceed.
Uniquely Yours is not about production or creating cookie cutter jewelry quickly to maximize profit. They truly care about clients and strive to create products that live up to and exceed your highest expectations. Gregory is a very creative jewelry designer and is unfazed by the potential complications that come along with creating high quality custom jewelry. I was extremely impressed by his patience, which I feel is an essential trait of a custom jeweler. For example, a customer may have many different ideas and may not know exactly what they want. As a result, it is important they ask questions to learn about the process and take time to make their decisions. Their design ideas may evolve as they learn more about the item they are creating. When working with Gregory I never felt embarrassed or awkward when asking questions or modifying my ideas. In addition, there was never any pressure to buy. If you are considering purchasing an item from Gregory I would not hesitate. I cannot remember the last time I received such a high level of customer service!
