Uniquely Yours deserves even more that this 5 star rating! Gregory Brassil and Uniquely Yours Custom Jewelry provide unparalleled levels of customer service and creativity. My experience with Uniquely Yours reminds me of the old days when true craftsmen existed and people took pride in their creations. Gregory is extremely knowledgeable at his craft and does not hesitate to undertake the most challenging custom jewelry. I searched my area for someone to create custom Cadillac emblems. I could not find a jeweler that was capable of accomplishing what I wanted. It was impossible for me to even get a quote. I came across Uniquely Yours after an extensive internet search. I read the reviews and felt Uniquely Yours was worth contacting. After talking to Gregory I was very impressed. He was the first jeweler that had a strategy to accomplish my goals. I felt that in his mind he was picturing the same finished product I was envisioning. After giving me a few options for how to proceed, we decided it would be best if I mailed him a sample that was similar to what I wanted. After he looked it over an unexpected complication arose. However, he was undaunted as he quickly did some research and came up with another creative option of how to proceed. Uniquely Yours is not about production or creating cookie cutter jewelry quickly to maximize profit. They truly care about clients and strive to create products that live up to and exceed your highest expectations. Gregory is a very creative jewelry designer and is unfazed by the potential complications that come along with creating high quality custom jewelry. I was extremely impressed by his patience, which I feel is an essential trait of a custom jeweler. For example, a customer may have many different ideas and may not know exactly what they want. As a result, it is important they ask questions to learn about the process and take time to make their decisions. Their design ideas may evolve as they learn more about the item they are creating. When working with Gregory I never felt embarrassed or awkward when asking questions or modifying my ideas. In addition, there was never any pressure to buy. If you are considering purchasing an item from Gregory I would not hesitate. I cannot remember the last time I received such a high level of customer service! more

Uniquely Yours is my favorite jewelry store, mostly, because of the customer service. I've bought retail from them as well as done special orders through them. They've done design and repair work where they've had to bring in another person. They have wonderfully designed and executed pieces of jewelry that are for sale as well. They're very personal and I'm on a first-name basis with them. There are only three people in the workforce and they're all very approachable and very eager to please. I recently had Gregory design a ring to replace my wedding band. This would be the second ring that Gregory would design for me. Gregory made it a wonderful experience. He is an artist in listening to what you want (or think you want) and guiding you though the ideas and choices that there are. No stone is left unturned. He is solely interested in you getting a ring that you love. Working with him felt like a partnership. I have found that when people see the ring, and compliment the beauty of it, I feel the need to take it off my hand so that they can see up close the symmetry and beauty of the workmanship of the whole ring; not just the top of the ring. I had a 'problem ring' that needed repair. I'd taken it in to the jeweler I had purchased the ring from twice to fix, but did not get satisfaction. When I took the ring to Uniquely Yours, I got knowledgeable information on repair options. My ring was repaired in a timely fashion, and the cost was very reasonable. My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Uniquely Yours! He proposed marriage using a twist tie and suggested that we design a ring together. Within minutes of stepping foot in Uniquely Yours we knew this was the place we would create our wedding rings! Gregory and Soren took the time to listen to our vision. We discussed style, design, materials, and budget. Gregory was excited to work with us and treated us with respect and a joyful attitude. We could tell he was as excited to be a part of the process as we were- and this translated into a great creative experience. From start to finish we felt included in the designing and decision making. After completing my ring we decided to tackle my husband's wedding band. Gregory listened intently to our input- we wanted to create a ring that would partner mine in many ways- form and metal- but have a more masculine feel. Gregory sketched out many ideas before creating a wax casting. My husband still couldn't commit to a design so Gregory let him wear the wax model and sit on it for a while. Soon we were ready to make a metal casting. Gregory let us cast in silver first so my husband would feel 100% confident in the ring before wearing it forever. Gregory's patience, suggestions, and personal touch made this an easy decision to make and we soon cast the final ring in palladium. We are so pleased with our rings and the process of creating them! We enjoyed working with the staff so much that we stop more often than necessary to chat and clean our rings. more

The creative process they offer is a community experience as all 3 artists are willing to share ideas for custom work being requested. My husband wanted to create a ring to symbolize our 25 years together and Uniquely Yours did an outstanding job on creating a ring to do just that. My husbands idea was to create a ring design and incorporate it into my wedding/engagement ring without changing the original design. Uniquely Yours listened to his idea and together came up with that design. When my husbands father passed, he began wearing his wedding ring which meant that his original wedding ring sat in a drawer. As our 25th anniversary approached he came up with the idea to create a design and build it around my ring using his original wedding ring. Now his wedding ring is not sitting in a drawer and the sentimental value of my ring still reflects our wedding day and our 25 years together. Highly recommend. more

I asked Uniquely Yours to make me a very unique, one of a kind bracelet to be mine. I had the request of durability as well. They made it, and unfortunately it broke within the first month or so. They not only redesigned it without hesitation but they made it with more high quality and expensive materials at NO charge to me.
