I've already recommended Karakas Roofing. John did a repair for us several years ago when we had a leak in our roof. We had a more major leak after the storm we had in February, so when I got home I called my general contractor to find out if John was still doing work in the area. When I found out he was, I called him right away and left a message. He called me back within an hour.
John came out to take a look, get a visual and give an estimate. It ended up being more than he anticipated, so he gave me a call on the phone to check in. I told him to go ahead with it.
Two guys showed up to do the work. They introduced themselves, and they worked a full eight hour day. They hauled away the trash, and I saw the new material John brought in his pickup. We've had rain and wind since, and there's no longer a leak in that area!
John is reliable and returns calls quickly. He comes out when he says he will come out. He actually called us to ask if the workers could come a day earlier than first arranged, which was fine because we wanted it fixed as soon as possible. He was here on site while the workers were on the roof. We were totally happy!
