Scary!!! Scary!!! Please go else where!! Dr. Totin performed a front de-claw on our cat...after surgery when his face began to swell and his temp. rise she explained "perhaps he ate a bug or a spider bit him" REALLY???!!! That same day at 9:30 pm we received a call from the vet tech to come pick him up and take him the ER hospital!! Scared out of our minds we raced him to Blue Pearl ER. They watched over our cat all night as his temperature continued to rise. By 8am we were back at the Rochester Vet to have the Dr. check him out. Seems she was only concerned about getting him out of there as to avoid any further complications and wash her hands of any liability. They were happy to get our amex and charge us the full amount ($357.50) even though the cat was there for only 12 hours as opposed to the 48 hours after care we were told he would receive. Initially, he was to have pain medicine 2x/day for 7 days. they sent us home with nothing!! When we called with concerns and a few question
