Review content:
Make sure you take pictures the day you move in and the day you move out. Make sure dates are available on those pictures because they are trying to bill me for a bunch of work they said was caused by myself and their is no way it was. Get everything from them in writing if they say something is ok to do, like painting or anything. They will try to charge you for that kind of stuff as well. They are dirty working shady company and will go homeless before I ever go with them again.
