BJ came to the house to do a thorough inspection of all of my plumbing needs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and he compiled a list of all the repairs I needed and what the total cost would be. He also pointed out things that I could easily fix myself like swapping out a faulty toilet flapper. I needed some HVAC work done so I called Limric for that, too. One quick call and I was able to schedule all of the plumbing and HVAC repairs for the same day. The repair day arrived, the techs were punctual, and my house looked like an ad for Limric! All of my repairs were completed quickly and unobtrusively, and at the end of the day I wrote checks for the amounts that I had been quoted even though replacing my sink turned into a bit of an ordeal. I would definitely recommend Limric for any HVAC or plumbing needs, and I'll be calling them again!
