I am astonished by some of these reviews. I highly recommend Rick and his work. He did our pool for us in 2002 and the whole experience was absolutely pleasant and he delivered exactly what was contracted. After my pool was up and running, he still continued to make support calls to help me with water testing and the learning curve for using the equipment. He never charged me a penny for doing what I thought was ""going above and beyond"" in customer service. Rick, I've emailed you. I need some maintenance work done and would like to hire you to do it. Please give me a call when you can.
