Review content:
DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going to this office for a few years and I have tolerated the chaos but yesterday was the last time I will put my health in the trust of this medical facility. The front staff is clueless on what to do and I was given a NEW NURSE who has been working there for 4 days. She didn't even put me in a regular treatment room; rather, I was put in a back room with no where to rest my arm for blood. She had to sit on the exam table to take my blood and leaned over as I held my arm up for her. She gave me misinformation and ANOTHER nurse called me this morning to say I have to go back in and I should have known better to see the PA because ""that's what the notes say in my chart."" RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!! I own two medical offices and have NEVER spoken to a patient this way. If the error falls on the new girl who wasn't trained properly, then don't punish the patient!! Good grief.
