This company is a total JOKE! , not only do they fail to attend appointments made but they will try and scam more $$$ out of the warranty company for a problem which there service tech said was unbearable / beyond economic repair! \r

our refrigerator led's all blew end of Dec and the was creating condensation on the door at the top, whirlpool said as well as the service tech that it was not repairable and then i was advised that they are not a whirlpool authorized service company anymore due to being struck off by whirlpool for various complaints!\r

3 months later after a lot of lies from RAMBS to to lowes service advantage, after finally getting it in writing from whirlpool the unit was scrap we got it written off but not after RAMBS wanted to charge lowes $$$$ for parts which would never fix the problem!\r
Save yoiur $$$'s and time and use a reputable company as RAMBS are NOT! as if i had not had it out with lowes then i would still be waiting!!! - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
