I've been working with Mackenzie for a number of months now. When my girlfriend and I came in together Mackenzie helped her find a mounting she fell in love with but was way out of my budget. I didn't want to tell my girlfriend this so I went along with it and after we had left the store I got in contact with Mackenzie to see what she could do to help me. She came up with several ideas to make what my girlfriend wants happen without ever making me feel like I couldn't get exactly what she liked. Mackenzie told me that with their lifetime upgrade policy I will be able to order the ring she likes and upgrade the diamonds as I go so that I can make her dream ring without busting my bank account along the way. Wedding Day is definately the only way to go.\r
