I wanted to schedule an appointment with my stylist and I wasn't able show up because I had a family emergency and I forgot to call so now i'm a ""walk in"" basis client to my own stylist, she put in my profile that I didnt show up one time and the manager told me ive done it multiple times when my own stylist didnt even show up to my own appointment, I talked about setting up an appointment but told them I would think about it didnt confirm the appointment so to them that considers twice for not showing up for her when I didnt even make the appointment officially, this place is a joke, dont waste your time if you want bad comments on your profile from your stylist for not showing up one time!!!! They said if I want her I have to walk in at my own time and hope shes available! I'm a hairstylist myself and I would NEVER do that to my own clients! Very unprofessional atmosphere! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!
