I wanted to schedule an appointment with my stylist and I wasn't able show up because I had a family emergency and I forgot to call so now i'm a ""walk in"" basis client to my own stylist, she put in my profile that I didnt show up one time and the manager told me ive done it multiple times when my own stylist didnt even show up to my own appointment, I talked about setting up an appointment but told them I would think about it didnt confirm the appointment so to them that considers twice for not showing up for her when I didnt even make the appointment officially, this place is a joke, dont waste your time if you want bad comments on your profile from your stylist for not showing up one time!!!! They said if I want her I have to walk in at my own time and hope shes available! I'm a hairstylist myself and I would NEVER do that to my own clients! Very unprofessional atmosphere! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!! more

This pretty salon located in the beauty products store is upscale and modern, yet comfortable. The staff were very professional and courteous. I took my 85 year old mom, she got a very smart hair cut by Andrea Lopez, for only $26! We will be a regular from now on! more

i had my hair hightlighted was my first time being there staff was very friendly the girl who did my hair danielle did a excellent job on my har i recommened her very good job i will be going back and really good prices not to expensive at all more

They have an amazing staff at this location, if you are looking for a new salon this is the place!!! I saw a very diversed crowd while in there, and a very stress free fun environment. They also have a cute spa in the back where you can get manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and massages!! I'm getting my massage next week!! YOU HAVE TO MAKE THIS YOUR NEW SALON!! Nice place to find hair products and some makeup. Not the selection you would find at Sephora in the Galleria or even Ulta, but nice staff. I haven't used the salon but it's available. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. more
