Review content:
All in all I was impressed with how thorough and professional, yet personable AJ is. She's an absolute delight to work with who loves her job and goes above and beyond to ensure client comfort and success.
Mr. Weed also addressed some concerns through emails (the only face to face contact I had with him was at the initial consultation).
I did have a few 'confusing moments' during this whole process which is why the total experience receives 4 out of 5 stars.
* It wasn't ever made clear to me why I had to fill out a boatload of paperwork BEFORE I could have a consultation. Of course I know why now and I agree on why it's necessary. I just didn't initially understand why and had a tough time knowing how to fill it all out.
* There was a question as to whether I would file alone or joint and during the consultation my spouse was informed that their credit would not be negatively affected if I filed alone. This did not turn out to be entirely correct.
* The online videos need to be updated.
Despite all that, my overall positive experience with this office was one that I'd gladly share.
