Abby’s recent response to me this weekend to my previous review warrants yet another response. Abby and Team VW of Hayward are absolutely pieces of work and extremely unprofessional. Abby and Team VW of Hayward are the most condescending, patronizing and sarcastic group of people that I have ever met and/or dealt with. Abby and Team VW of Hayward cannot handle the truth and do not know the meaning of truth. Abby and Team VW of Hayward are in fact trying to hide something and the dishonesty that resonates at that dealership is overwhelming and is evident that such behavior and dishonest business practice is the standard operating procedure of that dealership. All of the negative comments that I have stated are factual and Abby’s continual denial and attempt to paint a picture that is non-existent just solidifies and validates everything that has and continues to be stated about Abby and Team VW of Hayward.\r

Abby, yet once again in typical fashion, continues to fabricate the actual facts in his latest response. I have nothing to hide and in no way or fashion have I been using a different name in the past or recent dealings with Team VW Hayward. In fact I have dealt with Abby personally on one of the two occasions that I was at the dealership and I have also dealt with Abby on at least three out of the eight occasions in emails directly to and from Abby. Abby and Team VW Hayward are attempting to twist the truth and ignore issues. Abby’s continual denial and fabricating of facts reinforces and validates my review and comments about Team VW Hayward. Further communication with Team VW Hayward is not needed or warranted
