They charged my wife $568 to install a $150 sump pump. Old one had even been removed already, so half the work was done for them. Took them an hour, so it was over $400 labor for an hours work. When I called to complain about the price they were extermely rude, and ignorant basically saying tough luck they agreed to the price. They even said $400 dollars an hour was not that high, and then made a stupid comment asking if I'd be happier if it had taken them 12 hours. Rude, ignorant, and pray on the unknowing... better do some reseach and get some idea of what it should REALLY cost before trusting these crooks.
