They charged my grandparents 600 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet that was not broken. It needed a 10 cent washer that I had in my truck to put in on my next visit. The faucet they put in was Moen, but a 100 dollar box store special. That's 500 dollar in labor for a what for me, a DIY'er, would be 45 minute job tops. Go with somebody else. Somebody that doesn't prey on the elderly.
