I have to completely agree that the front desk staff is very apathetic & indifferent. The blonde that everyone is referring to is really rude. No smiles, little eye contact, looks like she'd rather be anywhere else but there. I've never really encountered ANYONE friendly at the front desk.\r

I took my dog here a couple times, never saw the same person twice. The first was a girl fresh outta school who knew nothing. The second was a tech apparently who didn't even pet or acknowledge my dog when he walked in the room. I didn't get the sense that this person had a true compassion for animals.\r

So, even though it's not convenient, I'm heading back to Best Friends in John's Landing to Dr. Walker. By far - she is the best care my dog has EVER received & they are over the top friendly & caring toward her. I'll drive out of my way to be sure she gets the best care rather than inconveniencing the day of anyone at Broadway Vet.
