I would not recommend Dr. Schaad or anyone else at his clinic besides Dr. Jepson. Most of the staff have not had professional training. They are not completely sterile in their surgeries. I know this because I used to work there. In fact, when they were spaying my cat, they did not put her under anesthesia. They only sedated her and she was waking up while they were suturing her. And on top of that they didn't even give her pain meds. I had to do it myself. Needless to say I was not happy! They also let techs, that have not been to school, perform surgeries. And the worst of all, and the main reason that I quit there, is that I have seen on many occasions, technicians slapping dogs across the face when they do not cooperate. On top of all this, the staff there are very rude and inconsiderate of clients and patients. Like others have said, especially the front desk staff. And the funny thing is, the young blonde woman that they were talking about is Dr. Schaad,s daughter! And the grumpy
