I agree with the other reviews about poor customer service at the front desk, I have never felt welcomed there by the staff, it's like they're being inconvenienced by your presence. And I have seen two different vets since I started going there, both seemed ok, but not overflowing with information that would be helpful. Such as the possible negative reaction my pet might (and did) have to the three vaccinations given to him, even some pamphlets about the vaccinations would have been helpful, as I'm finding out more online than I did at their office.
