Recently we bought a new house. We were really lucky that our friend recommended Dan Temple to us. He was a very knowledge and very detail-oriented inspector. Not only he found a lot of issues that needed to be addressed by the builder, but also he shared a lot of his knowledge with us during inspection and in his written report, ranged from general house upkeep to safety. Our experience with Dan & Muriel from the initial appointment to the receipt of the report was really good. Even after our inspection was already done, we still got their prompt responses and valuable advices whenever we sent them emails to ask house related questions. We would strongly recommend Emerald Inspection. Excellent work and customer satisfaction!!!
