Review content:
service department goes out of their way to explain what is going on with their vechicle. The only thing that needs to be addressed is that when the customer needs a loaner car for the day, Chrysler should provide it. Not everyone wants to rent a vechicle from hertz. Now this is NOT the service department policy, but it is THE DEALERSHIP. The service department GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY to help the customers. CHRYSLER should do the same thing. Kudos to Hilltop Service Department!
