Review content:
I needed a trim badly for my long, natural curly hair. after doing some research, I decided to try this salon based on the great reviews. let me start off by saying that the customer service was amazing and the salon is nice. I had my hair cut by Aresa and unfortunately I'm terribly disappointed. She cut my long curly hair wet when I'm used to dry cuts. I thought I'd let the stylist do her thing because of such rave reviews but I should have known better. it appears that I now only have 2-3 layers at the very bottom of my hair giving me a pyramid or broom shape. My curly girls know what I'm talking about. I think this straight across wet cut would have worked for wavy or straight hair but for curly hair it just wont do it justice. I'm well aware of their policy that if not satisfied, I can go back for a re-cut but I simply don't trust my hair in their hands again after the terrible mis-judgement on how to cut my hair the first time. For being a curly salon, I question their experience since they cut curls wet, when they are brushed out & straight. wow, how will you know what it will look like dry?! i'll tell you, like a broom.
